Welcome to www.nationalintensivelessons.com, operated by Intensive Lessons Driving School. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Intensive Lessons Driving School offers driving lessons and related training programs to individuals in the United Kingdom. Services are booked online or via direct communication and include both theory and practical driving instruction.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You hold a valid UK provisional driving licence

• All information you provide is accurate and up to date

• You are medically fit to drive as per DVLA regulations

3. Bookings and Payments

• Lesson bookings can be made through our website or directly with our staff.

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service.

• Payment can be made via secure online platforms or bank transfers.

• All prices include VAT (if applicable), and we reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

4. Non-Refundable

• Any payment for intensive lessons and any other package is non-refundable. This is because we must secure an instructor who might adjust their busy schedule to accommodate you.

5. Instructor Allocation

• We reserve the right to allocate or change instructors based on availability.

• All instructors are DVSA-approved and fully insured.

• Students may request a specific instructor, but we cannot guarantee their availability.

6. Vehicle Damage

• Any damage caused by the pupil that prevents a lesson from continuing will result in the full lesson fee being charged. In the event of an accident where it’s your fault (highly unlikely) we may charge an excess fee.

7. Student Conduct

You agree to:

• Arrive on time and be ready for your lesson.

• Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs your ability to drive.

• Treat instructors and staff with respect.

• Follow all reasonable instructions and safety guidelines provided.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate lessons for misconduct or unsafe behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

Intensive lessons driving school reserve the right to use photographs taken in conjunction with first driving lessons, driving test passes or photographs taken during promotional events for promotional purposes. In agreeing to the taking of your photograph you give your consent for Intensive lessons driving school to use these images

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

• We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or failures caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or emergencies.

• We do not guarantee that completing our lessons will result in passing the driving test, though we provide quality instruction to prepare you.

10. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

12. Terms and Conditions Practical test bookings

Please kindly take time to read the following terms & conditions of the service you have opted for below;

After instructor alllocation the search may take up to 4-12 weeks to find you a test
If you choose the standerd package upto and 1-6 weeks for a fast track test.

• 1.   Once the test is booked this payment is non-refundable.
• 2.   If your test is booked and you are not available for the test date within this period you will be responsible for rearranging your own date via the DVSA site.
• 3.   All block booking payments are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances (and at the instructor’s discretion) any refunds that are to be made should be directly with the instructor. Intensive Lessons cannot be held responsible for any payments made to the driving instructor.
• 4.   Cancellations or changes should be made directly with the instructor 48 hours prior to the lesson appointment. Any lessons cancelled within this time frame will be charged at your current lesson rate.

** Please be aware this service will only cover you for your DVSA test fee. It will NOT cover you for test day hire. If you would like to use an instructor’s car on the test day you will need to contact the school/ instructor directly and arrange payment with them.

13. LEARNER DRIVER

In order to have driving lessons you must:

Be aged 17 or older (16 or over if disabled)
Hold a provisional driving licence that is valid for the UK (provisional, full or an appropriate foreign licence)

It is your responsibility to provide your instructor with proof that you have a valid provisional licence to drive before the commencement of your first driving lesson. If you fail to provide this proof, your instructor is entitled to refuse to conduct the driving lesson but may still charge you for the driving lesson.

14. Lesson Breaks

For safety reasons, breaks may be taken during intensive lessons. These can be discussed and agreed upon directly with your instructor.
